Typical chemical and ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is an effective Co-Dispersant for (mineral) pigments and
physical properties fillers. It is also suitable for colorants and solvent based Alkyd paints.
ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is a proprietary blend of Alkanol-amines in water.
All constituents are EINECS registered and in compliance with the detergent
directive EG/648/2004

Benefits ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is an effective co-dispersant for pigments. Especially in
combination with ADD APT DISP 600 it promotes acceptance of universal colorants.
It contributes to pH stability when neutralising carboxylic acid groups in water-borne
coatings, thereby exhibiting high gloss, good water resistance and anti-corrosion
properties.
ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is an effective emulsifier for Polyethylene and wax via
emulsificationues.
ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is recommended as a multifunctional additive for metalworking
fluids, providing liquid and vapour corrosion inhibition properties. It does not leach
cobalt from tooling.
ADDAPT? CODIS 95 is a very effective scavenger of both formaldehyde and CO2.
ADDAPT? CODIS 95 allows the incorporation of > 17.5% water in solvent based
Alkyd paints.

5.1 胺類的對比-伯胺/仲胺
5.2 黃變
CODIS 95 置放在燒杯內(nèi)然后在室溫下暴露在空氣中.超過 2 個(gè)月的時(shí)間觀察沒有任何的顏色改變.
0.5% 的 CODIS 95 分別加入至 苯丙;純丙;醋丙; 醋酸乙烯酯-叔碳酸乙烯酯乳液.樣品在 50C 儲(chǔ)藏 1 個(gè)月.
任何一個(gè)樣本均未發(fā)現(xiàn)黃變.
5.3 鈷浸出
從碳化鎢工具浸出的鈷會(huì)縮短工具的壽命.鈷存在于液體中會(huì)導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)皮膚病/暴露的顆粒會(huì)危害工人,以及帶來
廢水處理的難題.CODIS 95 表現(xiàn)極低的鈷浸出.
5.4 亞硝胺生成
亞硝胺,特別是 N-亞硝胺是致癌物質(zhì)。
仲胺是有潛在可能形成 N-亞硝胺。這些 N-亞硝胺是通過仲胺和亞硝酸鹽或氧化氮反應(yīng)而生成。
德國quanwei機(jī)構(gòu)法規(guī)在 1990 年起已禁止仲胺使用在金屬加工液。伯胺和叔胺可以被使用于金屬加工液和金
屬底漆基于它們產(chǎn)生亞硝胺潛在危險(xiǎn)挺低。
6. 濕膜附著力-早期抗水性
由于 AMP95 的廣泛使用,其他的脂肪醇胺亦相繼進(jìn)入市場-他們均聲稱性能上的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。這些脂肪醇胺,和
氨水均通過使用連結(jié)料 Revacryl DP553(Synthomer)制成的漆膜進(jìn)行耐水性評估。

6.2 測試
所選擇的胺在 Revacryl DP5530(Synthomer)添加量均為 0.2%。 然后分別涂刷在冷軋鋼板上,濕漆膜厚
為 100 微米。漆膜先在 60℃下經(jīng)過 15 分鐘的干燥然后再在室溫下經(jīng)過 16 小時(shí)干燥。鋼板及后在自來水
里浸泡 48 小時(shí)。從水里拿出后,輕輕的把板材拍干接著進(jìn)行附著力測試
6.3 結(jié)果
6.4 討論
從濕膜在冷軋鋼板的附著力測試顯然胺的選擇起了主要的作用。試驗(yàn)顯示 CODIS 95 和氨水的結(jié)果是最理
想。這是因?yàn)楦鞣N胺的不同揮發(fā)性,故此低揮發(fā)性的胺因它的在漆膜殘留影響了漆膜耐水性。
兼且因?yàn)樗牡蜌馕逗蜔o黃變,CODIS 95 更是恰當(dāng)?shù)陌分泻蛣?br/>7.衛(wèi)生及安全
盡管 CODIS 95 最低的 pH 和 pKa 值,還是表示為 C(腐蝕性)
*含有強(qiáng)堿物質(zhì)表現(xiàn)高 pH 值,引致強(qiáng)刺激性特別和人體接觸時(shí)。它的強(qiáng)度類似燒堿。
